Remote Support
It is very frustrating when you encounter a problem with your computer system, even more so when you have to wait for someone to come to site to fix it. This is why we introduced our remote support service that allows us to connect to your computer system securely over the internet to diagnose and fix any problems you may be experiencing. The beauty of our remote support system is that if you have an internet connection then we can help using our remote support software. It works over an SSL connection (the same type of secure connection you use for online banking) which is how we can provide support across the internet. The support session has to be instigated by you, we cannot connect to your computer unless you invite us, when we close the session you are notified and again we cannot reconnect until you let us in.

Self Service Helpdesk
At ABC Networking we feel it is vital for our customers to be in control of their support issues which is why we have our online helpdesk. Customers can either login or monitor helpdesk calls for their organisation. You can open, amend or close calls. As changes are made to your job on the helpdesk you will get email notifications so that you are aware when a call is being dealt with.
